1. How do I submit documents for printing and obtain delivery while at home:

a. Log into your account (if you have not created an account/registered yet please create your account on our site first)
b.Go to printing services and select the jobs you want to print and purchase them
c. Proceed to checkout
d. At the checkout section at the top you will see an option to upload your documents you want to print.
Important Note: For quick service turnaround clearly label the document name, quantity you want and the paper size. As an example : House Plan print 5 copies A0 size or Book A print 2 books back to back size A4.)

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

1. cainway.com provides free shipping to all it’s customers across the country. Delivery is FREE for all purchases on our site. For purchases below certain amounts customers can pick from any of our stores free of charge.

Do You Ship Internationally?

2. Yes but international shipments are charged at prevailing international rates by major courier companies.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

3. Prime members get same day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon for orders to be delivered to Harare, Chitungwiza, Ruwa and Norton.
Normal delivery times under normal operating environment i.e. no restrictions on movement are as follows:
Delivery by next day for: Harare, Ruwa, Norton and Chitungwiza
Delivery within 3 days for locations outside Harare.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept cash on delivery and all major payment methods including: Ecocash, V payments, Visa and Master card, Zimswitch, One money and Telecash.


Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Log into your account and select the product you want to buy and click add to cart. Change the quantity if you want more than one of that item. Add more products if you want to buy more. When done with choosing products click the shopping cart icon and proceed to check out. From there you can pay for your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Log into your account and click on the order and select the cancel button. If you cancel an order please do not receive the order if it’s delivered.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you must be logged in to be able to place an order. Creating an account is free.

How Do I Track My Order?

For your order tracking, select the order you want to track and click track shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

Log into your account and click return button next to your order. You will be asked to select a reason for your return on the options available. This option must be selected. Please note you have the option to physically return the product at any of our stores for free or you can ship it using your own courier but at your own cost. Goods returned must be received by us within 7 days from date return was selected on our site. Returned goods must be in the original packaging, original condition and must have original invoice. Some goods due to their nature cannot be returned for example goods damaged by your handling or items that cannot be resold for health or hygienes reasons once opened.
